How do I upload videos from other sites onto youtube?

Social Networking Sites and Videos?

I want to know which sites I can upload videos to and link videos to (via YouTube). I know with Facebook I can upload my own videos and also link YouTube videos which can be played from Facebook. How about MySpace? Twitter I think is just text. Um what about blogging sites like WordPress or Blogger? Any other social media sites you would like to share?
