Answer:
I am not real sure but if you download Belarc Advisor it may tell you what the ip address is. It will also tell you everything on your computer and license for software. Click on products and then on Belarc Advisor.

type "id address "into your search bar, you will get it

To find the IP address of your router if you are on a small peer to peer network, open command prompt (start, all programs, accessories, command prompt). At the > prompt type in without quotes "ipconfig" and hit enter. You will be given your PC IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway. Open your web browser and enter the ip address in address bar; enter router user name and password and you are in. None of the above will resolve an IP address conflict. If you have two LAN devices with the same IP address, you have the conflict. Remove all DHCP servers except the router. Secondly on router, change the DHCP range and reduce the range (if you have 4 pcs on your LAN and an IP range that covers 50 IP addresses, reduce the range to 15 addresses and use a range of IP addresses not in the current range (see DHCP section on the private or LAN side in router config). Save router settings. Now in command prompt on all pcs, type in "ipconfig /release" and follow this up with "ipconfig /renew" (all commands without quotes) and the problem should go away.
