How do I Block my sister form using the internet on her ipod? (without using the router's web page)?

I am a hardcore gamer... but i have a poor connection speed. in order to stop lagging i figured out how to block my sister with the routers page. But my dad figured it out and unblocked her and put a login prompt on the router page...... how do i block her? Could i figure out her IP and cause an IP conflict of some sort? and if so..... how?

Get the app called find my iPhone and get her Apple ID and her Apple password and type it in a send a message saying that her iphone or iPod has been hacked and if she uses the web in the next 3 hours her iPod will crash .... I do this to my brother
