How can I find out my internet connection speed?

  • Okay, so I'm currently downloading Steam so I can play Left 4 Dead (one not two, I have yet to convince my mom to get it for me.) but, it asked me what my internet connection speed was. I completely blanked on this, so its up to you my lovely yahoo answers friends to help me find out what it is and how to determine what my is. If that made any sense.
