What is the job of technical helpdesk?

What's the advantages of the MCITP and other helpdesk certifications?

  • I work in IT field, and am currently in school working towards my bachelors in applied science for IT. I'm looking into getting some certifications along the way to get a leg up in the job market and try to get a better job soon. I ask if the MCITP for windows 7 helpdesk will be a good one to go after early in my career. I just want to know will this certification along with some others make a difference in my job hunt? I currently have an entry level job with Microsoft, but am looking to find a second job that will look good on my resume. Thanks guys.

  • Answer:

Yes, if you're ready, take the exams Having certifications in concert with a degree (A.A.S or BA) is a great idea It will depend on the degree. BA in applied science for IT? Networking, Computer Systems, Programming?? That title is too vague ****************** That's awesome! The MCITP for Windows 7 Administration will be an awesome certification to earn. You'll do great with it Also, It helped me tremendously when I earned my CompTia Net+ certification.
