Why isnt my internet working?

i have to sneak onto my neighbors it says connected but no internet access i unplugged everything for 10 minutes and put it back in 3 times and it still doesn't work! our TV works and nothing that can get on the internet is working iPod other computers it says that the connection has full bars but no internet access

If your getting a good WiFi signal, but have no internet connection, then you should contact your ISP. It could be a problem that is beyond your control.
