How do you turn off the internet blockers?

Why does i everytime after a while of using internet, the modem "internet" light will turn red?

  • And after a while the modem "internet" light will turn back blinking green. But when the light turns to blinking green, i can still access the internet? How to make the modem "internet" light turn to solid green?

What modem is it, and do you have a router connected to modem?

Mine did that and I found that I had a bad ethernet cable. Mine would work until I signed off the internet and then the light would turn red and it would start resetting.

That happens to me sometimes, but call your internet provider, i have qwest, just tell them your problem and they should be able to fix it! :)
