Best free Email client?

Best Email Client for Small Business?

• I have a small business with 4 employees. We are all currently using different email clients (free accounts, like Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, Gmail). We each have our own work email addresses ([email protected]) set up to send/receive emails to our separate free email accounts, and separate calendars. If I want to look at my coworkers' calendars, I have to log on to three separate websites! We are starting to really rapidly grow, and need to streamline our work emails; make it more open and viewable by each of us, especially our calendars. Great feature to have would also be the ability to share files (some sort of storagecapability, accessible from anywhere) I've been looking at different hosted Email Clients, such as Blue Tie, which has a lot of the features I want, except that they don't support the free accounts that my business is currently using. Is there a software or hosted Email Client out there which supports free email accounts? If not, what would be the best way to have all my emails/contacts/calendar from my Yahoo transferred into a new account that I set up with whatever Email Client I choose in the end? (abandon Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN and Gmail??)
