How do I access my e-mail in Outlook from a different computer?

I need to access a coworker's email through Outlook Express on my personal computer?

  • She was supposed to forward me an email before she left for the day. I have her login information to access her email account through Outlook Express. I'm nervous to attempt to access it though, for fear that my company will disapprove. I need the information in her email to complete a project tonight. My question is, will my company be able to see that I, personally, signed into her Outlook Express account? Would they be able to trace the login back to me, considering that I'm logging in through my personal at home computer (which I've used before to check my email and login remotely)?

  • Answer:

if you are using your personal computer to sign into your coworker's company email all your company can tell is someone signed in. to know it was your computer that signed in they would have to know your personal computers IP address. and even then they couldn't tell if you signed in or if your coworker signed in using your computer
