What's the difference between an 802.11 b/g/n and a Wireless-N Mini-card?
-
An HP laptop on one website has an Intel Wireless-N Mini-Card. An otherwise exactly the same laptop at the store has an "802.11 b/g/n/ Wireless LAN". What do those two mean? Which one is more recent/ faster/ more reliable? I need the better Wi-Fi compatibility because I have an N Wireless Router.

Answer:
wireless N the best out there, it will give you better coverage, some wireless b/g will not work with wireless N
