How do you use the Blackberry storm as a wireless modem?

Can i use my blackberry orange 8250 as a modem?

• i have a blackberry 8250 on pay g orange and i have free internet. Is there a way i can use this as a modem as i am not very technical and it has been mentioned it can be done, so any help would be appreciated. cheers! btw i have a emachines notebook that i would hope to use with the blackberry.
