What to do if I don't remember my user name and password?

I can't remember my WiFi user name and password!!?

• i want to access the internet on my new iTouch, but i can't remember my user name or password. is there anyway to recover them or am i screwed?

  To change your wireless password: Open a command prompt on a computer connected to your network, and type in ipconfig. Take the default gateway address and put it in your web browser. The login is usually admin admin, or admin *blank*. Then look through the control panel for an option to change the wireless password. If you are given the option, use WPA2 with AES for your security settings, or the maximum security that will work with all your devices. If the above login doesn't work, either read the manual for your router to find the default login, or hold down the reset button on the back (will clear ALL SETTINGS AND DATA), and reconfigure it.
