Computer can't identify Verizon Fios connection?

I have a Verizon Fios connection, but my computer can't seem to identify it. When i went to 192.168.1.1, i went to diagnostics, and this computer couldn't seem to receive any packets back (100% loss). This is the only computer that cannot identify the ISP; the other computers can. I am connected with a Verizon Wireless Router. THANK YOU!!!!
