Where to download a free wireless network utility?

Wireless network connection v.s Dell wireless Utility?

• Situation:i own a Dell computer and it has "wireless network connection(comes with XP)" and "Dell wireless Utility" right now when i click on the wireless network connection it tells me that it cannot configure because other programs are used to connect already (which is the Dell wireless Utility). Basically, now the "wireless network connection" kept saying that its acquiring network address but with Dell Utility it says connected. It feels slower after i re-install XP. Question: does "wireless network connection(comes with XP)" conflict with "Dell wireless Utility"?? and make the connection slower? and which one would be better for connecting wirelessly?

  yes it does , i personally removed the dell utility because it has bugs ... you can disable it if you right click on it or in windows select that windows will manage your wireless connections .
