How do I use the proxy setting on PeerGuardian 2?

What am i doing wrong with proxy IP setting?

• well i use proxy IP like this 1. Click "Service" \ "Internet Options"; 2. Click "Connections"; 3. If you use Dial-Up connection, choose your connection and click "Settings" button. if you use LAN connection, click "LAN Settings" button in the "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" group box; 4. Enable "use a proxy server"; 5. In fields "Address" and "port", type proxy name and proxy port number 7. Click "OK"; 8. Click "OK" to close IE settings. well my net connection has shared IP so most times when i try to download from rapidshare i get this message"your ip is already busy downloading ''.so i use proxy ip. when i use proxy ips with the brouser IE sometimes i can download from rapidshare without any problem. But most times when i try to use proxy ips with browser IE rapidshare tells me or shows me my original IP and says its busy downloading. Why is that happening .its so strange i mean i put the proxy ip and it works some times and sometimes rapidshare shows my original IP instead of using the proxy IP to let me start my download. why is this happening? am i doing something wrong ?what could that be? BTW is there any other way to use proxy IP other than putting them manually in browser or is there any other solution to avoid getting the above mentioned message from rapid share regarding busy original IP. please your help is much appreciated,thanks.
