  Well, you can't unless he/she's given their computer a hostname/netbios name like admin or some other telltale sign. More than likely though, you're not going to be able to tell. As for whether they know what site's you're visiting or not... It is possible through various methods to check what a person is doing on the Internet but you'd either have to be in a situation where you'd expect them to be watching you (like at work). If you're at work, it's simple. Don't browse where or when you're not allowed. Simple. I'd very much doubt he's set something up on your computer just to watch YOU but he may be a bit freaky. BEST ADVICE: ALWAYS assume someone is watching.
