  Depends on if you're logged with a username on the local library, or on the networks you've been using. I promise you that you're always watched. And if some corporate or something really wanna "spy" on you were you go etc, they won't have a big problem if you're using the same sites as you're doing at home with the same usernames. And I can blah blah blah alot about this, but that's the mainly common explanation everyone understands.
