DNS server not responding?
-
My laptop's internet won't work, and I troubleshooted it, getting "The DNS server isn't responding". I've tried changing the primary and secondary DNS server, tried doing some things in the ipconfig such as the command "/dnsflush," and all that. If you could help, it'd be a life saver!!

Answer:
The first step for you is, call your internet service provider (aka ISP) and let them walk you through the troubleshooting process. You pay for it, so why not use it? If you have already contacted your ISP, contact them again, and talk to a different agent. Some agents are more helpful than others. Best of luck.
