Sure you can use a proxy or a socks connection mask your ip to a different ip... You could try a TOR browser or find a proxy that is in the country you need to be

Not yourself, the reason they use IP address is that it is country specific so copyright holders restrict who can view content. What you need to do to watch their content is use a VPN service like strongvpn or my-private-network connect through them to make it look like you are in their country, they have service in most places on the planet.

you could try using TOR web browser, i cant gaurantee it but that would be the only way io could see it being possible. torproject-google this and install tor
