I am having three different type of pc ,how i can network?

i want net work the my office pc , iwant to share the doccument in the office pc , bluetooth installed in the pc ,i can send the file from one to another . i cannot brouse the other pc ,shall i use the bluetooth to wireless network ? what is diff bluetooth and wireless and wifi .please give step by step procedure . 2. i scan the document and get the jpg file , shal i convert the jpg file to txt or doc file .
