Where can I find a manual or review for an item?

I had bought an item on ebay and like most, it did not come with a manual. I tried finding a review for this item but with no result. So, before I bother the seller with this, I want to ask it here, where can I find an online manual or review for this item. its a usb hub, there should not be a need for a manual. you plug it into a usb port on your computer, then plug other usb items to the hub. As for the burning smell, no that is not normal.. it is normal however for it to feel slightly hot.. it could be a faulty port on the hub.. Contact the seller, tell him what you are smelling, and ask for a replacement.
