Why does my SATA port not work?

So i just wanted to know if all of these parts would work, and work well together and if there is anything i forgot to add to the list. (Note: I have my own thermal paste so that is not needed.)

I would recommend a PSU upgrade to like at least 750Watts or at least pick a better brand like Corsair or seomthing. Rosewill is not a very well known brand. beside that, it sounds good to me.
