Me and my brother where wondering... whats the difference between high speed internet and web?

  • he was getting his phone plan back and they said free talk free text and free web for 50 or free text free talk and free high speed internet for 70. i always thought they was the same thing but its a 20 dollar difference? HELP?!

  • Answer:

The first person who answered this question couldn't have said it any clearer. The web is the Internet; pretty much any website there is to find. High Speed Internet is the way in which you access the Internet, through an Internet provider, like Comcast, AT&T and Charter.

The web is the internet. High speed internet, like Comcast, is the method by which you access the web.

Well technically speaking high speed internet (connection) is the type of connection you would use to connect to the web. But the way they are describing it, it seem like the both packages allow you to connect to the web but $50 package gives you slower connection then $70. Perhaps 2G/3G vs. 4G. It depends on the provider.
