I have no sound on my computer.

Where can I get sound updates for my computer?

  • I recently post a question (How do I re-enable 'Audio Mixer' on my Windows XP Home Edition computer?) and I got an answer that said (>Just download the latest driver package and it will reinstall the mixer for you, for your sound device.) In that question I stated that I disabled my sound mixer because there was a yellow (!) near it and forgot I had a scheduled scan and my computer restarted when it was done. I then went to re-enable my sound mixer (because before I disabled it I can easily restart my computer and the sound would be back on.) But due to the fact I disabled it, it doesn't appear in my device manager any more and there is no longer any sound coming from my computer. Can someone please tell me how to fix this. Or give me some kind of website that can help me reinstall my sound driver. P.S. I am not talking about a mixer like what a DJ would use to mix musuc I am talking about the one that has to do with you computer "SOUND CARD" because I have a computer monitor with built in speakers.
