My full screen mode won't work.

Computer screen goes black after startup and freezes. Safe mode won't work?

• i was clearing up space and doing the 'add or remove programs' and only deleted the ones it said i use rarely but now when i start it up it has the loading thing and then just turns black and won't do anything until i press ctrl+alt+delete then it just goes back to the loading screen. I've tried safe mode and all of the other options but it just keep going back to the black screen

  your computer is probably screwed if you accidentally deleted a windows file... try booting up with the OS install or repair cd that you got with your computer. That should help you fix things up so windows will boot up.
