Help with a Dazzle capture card?

Dazzle Capture Card Help?

Okay so i have a dazzle capture card and i still need to buy the 3 RCA/Y Splitters to hook up..if you know what i mean. The top one might work, but you can find the splitters locally at Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart, etc. Here's one off of Amazon that I know will work... http://www.amazon.com/Cables-Go-40650-Female-Adapter/dp/B000M52X62/ref=pd_bxgy_e_img_b
