PC is not working when i turn on the button,no display in the monitor. I test already the VGA cable is working?

When turning on the PC there's no display in the monitor, power supply fun is working, proccessor fun working, DVD player function proper and there's no light in the motherboard....what is cause why there is no display in the monitor. I test already the monitor it is working fine

You're video card is most likely burnt out. If you have a laptop, you need to replace the entire motherboard. If you have a desktop, you can install a PCI, PCI express, or AGP video card. Check which your motherboard supports before buying a video card.
