Why isn't my VGA cable working?

PC is not working when i turn on the button,no display in the monitor. I test already the VGA cable is working?

  • When turning on the PC there's no display in the monitor, power supply fun is working, proccessor fun working, DVD player function proper and there's no light in the motherboard....what is cause why there is no display in the monitor. I test already the monitor it is working fine
