Where To Fine Product Keys?

Why will certain keys not work on my keyboard.trying to type product code for activation of norton security?

  If you open notepad and type every letter on your keyboard, do you still not get a response from the letters listed? If so, you appear to need to replace your keyboard. If you look at the groupings of the letters, you'll find that 'Z', 'A' and 'S' are connected to the same bit of circuitry and 'L' and 'P' are connected to another group of circuitry. Keyboards work in the same way as remote control keypads, in that the key pressed is translated by the way the circuits cross. If one of the circuits fail, any keys that use that circuit won't be detected.
