ONE TOUCH VIDEO CAPTURE VC500 DEVICE?

Diamond VC500 One Touch Video Capture Card Problem; NOT FOUND?

• ok so i have just set up my game cube system that puts out the 3 yellow white and red plugs that were plugged into the vc500's 3 ports. Then i plugged the vc500's usb plug into my computer's usb port and the red light on the vc500 appeared. i am using a program called "321Media Player Classic" The first time i tied this, i could see the display of the game but in black and white and the video kept flashing. i finally played around enough to find that if u go to "Play" and then "Filters" and then "properties" you could change the video settings like PAL_B or NTSC_M. So i finally found the right one and everything played in perfect color and no flashing. That was yesterday, today i turned the gamecube on and plugged in the vc500 to the usb and for some reason my computer can't see it. Can someone please help me and tell me what i am doing wrong the audio is not a problem i have a way to bypass that but the yellow video plug is my priority. I already restarted my computer once and unpluged and replugged teh vc500 in and out. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP
