I'm having three long beeps when I turn on my PC and nothing is appearing on my screen what is the problem?

After something blew up inside my pc and then it shutdown and smoke came out. I assumed it was the power supply. I changed it twice since the 1st was making annoying sounds when I put the new one no sounds came out until 3-4 months after that I left it and then after a year this happened. I tried everything by replacing ram but it didn't work even tried replacing the video card but still didn't work. Right after the incident happened I waited for my PC to cool down I took out the power supply I replaced it with one similar from my other PC and then the 3 beeps happened (never even tried turning it on with the old power supply) and as I said nothing appeared on my screen (even tried connecting it to another screen and changing the vga cable).I opened my pc every fan was working...I removed the cooling and the fan that was on the motherboard cleaned it up put it back in...please help I have no clue what might be the problem

When you replaced the RAM did your make sure it was seated properly. Make sure it's installed properly.
