What is a good tablet pc to get?

How can I clean up my PC before I get my tablet? ASAP!?

  • I need to clean out my computer before I get my tablet in I bought because I'm afraid it'll mess up my tablet or it won't install my tablet. See, my computer had Anti-Virus-1 and it got so bad we just shut down my computer for a couple weeks while we tried to find the recovery disc for it[we moved to another town]. Well I got tired of not having a computer[I'm a Facebook addict, also a few other animal SIM games] and just started it one day. I ended up getting seriously pissed at my computer and just restarted constantly with the button on the tower like six times in a row. Bad for it, I know. But I was mad, and when I get mad.. There's no going back, I should say XD So when I turned it back on, the pop-ups didn't come up. So I figured I could make due until we found the disc[which we NEVER found. -__-]. Now, a few months later[probably 5] it always asks me what program to open this file with. It got annoying so I tried System Restore, and it asked me what to open it with. I got pissed at that but finally figured out how to open it. I restored it back to May 15th of this year, which didn't help AT ALL. >___> I've tried various things, but it always comes back to "Cannot open up this "so and so" .exe file. Sooo I need to find out how to fix my computer fast ! :c Help me?! -Oh, and my computer uses Windows XP. It's a HP, also. If that even helps.-

    I would suggest you to Scan your system with Avast free & reginout to see for errors. They will fix it for you.

id say make a new restore disk, that's gunna make ur computer DAY 1 new. should be in the Start menu floating around somewhere, i think XP has a find feature? look for restore disk, or recovery disk. need a few cds. also, might wanna try reinstalling the program. maybe something got accidental deleted. also for his account, go in the main account, go to control panel, and then users, then change him to a higher level so that account can also do things.
