What is the most expensive pen?

Pen drive is write protected.what should i do should i ? Please read carefully the detail.?

  • I have Transcend pen drive(TS16GJVF60 model).It has been write protected. Now i cannot delete,copy and other things to it. It has no button or any switch.i have searched many questions on net as well as Yahoo Answers, but it did not help me.i have tried all the solutions to sort out this. I think that last time i put my pen drive(at that time it was working properly) into a computer that had windows XP.Now i have laptop that has windows 7.So,please help me out as soon as possible. Because my pen drive has important data which i cannot afford to leave in my pen drive. Therefore,do tell me any software regarding this or any kind of effective suggestion. thanks in anticipation

    Left click on the files, open properties and uncheck the read only attribute and click apply. You might have to also open my computer and do this for the pen drive itself. Not every flash, thumb or pen drives have buttons or switches on them.

Put the drive in a different computer and see if it works. Your best bet is to put it back into that windows XP machine, copy the data, then email it to yourself.

Does it still work in XP? Often its the program you are writing it with, sometimes it glitches and saves the data as "read only" check through the program settings/tools you may find the problem there. Some program made for early XP wont work in 7. then again your pen drive may just have died I have a few like that...you cant take anything out nor put anything in..just view it. you may be able to "attach" it to your email and send it to yourself!

Copy all the files off it to your computer, then right click on the flash drive and format it. Then recopy the files back on to it. If this doesn't work, your flashdrive is probably permanently damaged and you need to get a new one.
