Help with Nokia Multimedia Files?

  • How can I convert some of my videos shooted by Nokia 6500 which is now on my PC as Nokia Multimedia player file and now i want to put it onto my MP3 and it still stays as a Nokia Multimedia file. How do I convert it? Please Help Thanks PS: I am not a computer expert so plz give me the EASY way out.
