My PC goes Striaght to Boot Device Mode, how can I start it up?
-
Okay, it started when I spilled Orange Juice onto m keyboard. I did a little searching around, and it said to wash the keyboard in thy. In the sink and let it dry for a day. I did. The next day, it work flawlessly. Later then, the keys started to get sticky, so I washed it again, and left it out for the night. I woke up, and once again, the keyboard worked fine. But later, they became sticky again, So I washed it again, and tried it again in the morning. I turned on my computer and on the log in screen, the keyboard began to spaz out. I wouldn't touch Space it and it would add spaces everywhere, I would type the letter "M" and it would come up as "M7" and the letter "P" did not work. I then washed it for the last time, hoping it would work. Once it dried, I did some research about my keyboard because it was still acting up. It said if I uninstalled my drivers, my keyboard would connect to the Wireless and install them again after restart (I have a wireless Keyboard and Mouse that came with my Dell PC). I uninstalled the drivers and restarted. Now when I start up the computer, It beeps like crazy on BIOS, and it means something to do with the Keyboard (I researched). I gave up and went to sleep, now, this morning, I brought down a Plug in Keyboard from upstairs and started to use it. I was able to log in, and it installed it's self. It required a restart though. So, I restarted and now it takes me to the Boot Device Menu, and what do I do there? How do I fix my Keyboard?

Answer:
Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a new keyboard? They're not that expensive.

You plugged your keyboard in while it was still wet. One of two things is going on: A: your keyboard is fried, buy a new one or B: your keyboard has water stuck between the plastic contact sheets on the inside that provide the circuitry for your keyboard - open up the keyboard (while the batteries are removed) and take each part out individually and make sure that everything is completely dry, then put in fresh batteries and resync it. New keyboards are cheap at Walmart. It might just be easier to get a new one. But I'm cheap, so I take care when I wash my keyboard.

Restart/Turn on your computer keep hitting 'F1' repeatly very fast on the first screen you see. Then go to the Boot menu and change the order to 'CD Drive' as the fist one then 'Hard drive' as the next and put all the others in any order you want. And your keyboard is stuff, get a new one off ebay or something
