Computer wont boot past black screen, safe mode wont work?

So recently I cured my computer (i think) from the ZeroAccess rootkit. After everything was fixed, i used it for a day, then ran TDSSKILLER just to be safe, and it picked up something.. and deleted it. I guess it was an important file because after i restarted my computer, it just boots up to a black screen before the windows startup bar even shows. Safe mode doesn't load up, the loading bar goes about 1/3 of the way then just stops.. Im on another hard drive, and I have the corrupted hard drive attached and can access all the files/folders, is there anything I can do to get the hard drive working again?
