How do i get my webcam to work?

  • hiya guysss! :D okay, in a bit of a crisis here, HOW THE HELL DO I GET MY CAM TO WORK?? right, the model is this CiT WebCam WEB003 480K Pixels (800 x 600) with 10x Digital Zoom (or here's a link >>>> http://www.shopmania.com.au/webcams/p-pc-web-camera-with-led-lights-10x-digital-zoom-snap-shot-image-capture-13283511 so i have 'CamApp' and i had this EXACT webcam before, which worked with CamApp. my pc says it has failed and is unreconizable?? help pleasee :)! i will give any extra deets if asked;) thanks peeps:3 xxxxxxx

Try and update/install the drivers associated with your webcam. Google the drivers for the cam and download them.

update driver, go to my computer (Windows 7 or vista only) >system information>device manager> then look for ur camera and right click and to update driver follow instructions
