Internet speed does not depend on processor nor on RAM. It depends on what plan you have chosen from your ISP provider. Though there are no ways to boost your internet speed you can improve download speed by using third party applicatications

Processors and RAM have little effect on internet speed(actually, you can't even call that an effect). Only thing matters is your ISP(Internet Service Provider), your Router and Network Card(and wireless system, if connecting that way). Your speed cannot exceed what you brought from your ISP. I suggest a 10 Megabit per second connection, it will give you a download speed of 1 megabytes per second, which should be enough for watching steaming HD videos and downloading big files. You'll also need a network card and router that can work at that speed. Contact your ISP for more details.
Neither has significant impact. Try selecting a higher broadband. Anything in the range of > 2 Mbps. That will satisfy almost all of your internet requirements.
your internet speed has little to do with your computer speed and everything to do with your internet provider. call up your internet provider and purchase faster internet. or switch your provider.
