I want to upgrade my Graphics card need help?

I have nvidia 8800 gts. 750w power supply dell 410 xps upgraded cpu windows 7 looking for a graphics card around 100-150$ something that wont make me lag, on new games. thank you.

not possible for that price and probably wont help if you have low capacity sys RAM and a shitty CPU
