Which Graphics card is better?

I am asking because awhile back I had my computer "Repaired" by this shop. We come to find out they wired the CPU fan wrong, caused it to burn up the CPU. Then installed a fake Windows 7. We also had them install a graphics card eVGA GeForce 6200 Graphics card - 512 MB - DDR2 SDRAM. They said it was better than the old one we had. samsung 512mb 1rx8 pc2-4200u-444-10-a1. Now I don't know anything about this stuff so can someone be so kind to tell me if they ripped us off on this also? I also learned that this Graphics card is out of date by a lot because I can't even run simple games that my laptop can run. I got both the Grahpics card and the Laptop the same month and they said that the graphics card they installed was the top of the line...

just considering the fact that they litteraly STOLE your LEGAL copy of windows for an illegal copy "unless you requested it as an upgrade" and they burnt your PC up by wiring it wrong "which i don't know how you can do this when hooking a fan up is as easy as matching a plug with the prongs aka 2 pin 3 pin 4 pin.... hmmm lol" you royaly got ripped off over all and they better have fixed the burnt up pc issue for wiring it incorrectly... I WOULD SUE littearly get there information and SUE THEM dont let douchbags like this get away with that... its not right...
