That video is around 15-25 fps, with an average of about 17fps. For the game to play normal you need at least 30fps. So you just need to upgrade your PC a little. You just need 1 more gb of ram and maybe a newer vid. card. You can probably run the game without a new graphics card, but you do need another gb of ram.
