How does this capture card work?

How do they work? I have a ps3 and I want to capture like 2or3 matches (mw2) at a time, is 2gb's enough for that? Where do i plug the cables in? just like somebody explain this **** to me please im so lost. and if you've had one do they blow? be honest

That will be low quality, so you wont get a good picture of your games. You plug the ps3 into the capture device and it plays on your computer using some proprietary software.

The black one is S-Video. The others are composite, the yellow is video, the red one of the audio connectors, the white is for the other stereo input. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_video_connectors
