How common is a pale optic disc?

How may I gain access to my disc (c)?

• I had this person (acquaintance) come to work on my computer.now he vanished into the thin air!! He kind of messed up my computer. The work he apparently performed was he split my hard drive into two sections... disc (f) disc (c). The problem is that I'm only able to access my disc (f) which is full and I have plenty of free space on my disc (c) however I'm unable to have any access to my disc (c). therefore I'm limited to gain any access to my programs on disc (c) or use it to add new programs.   He might have restricted you from gaining access to drives. Heres details: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179221 You will need that user's password to do that perhaps. Free Ophcrack ( boot disk or normal) may help you to do that http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/ You can Bart-PE boot disk that can make you access hard drives from booting from CD.
