Have cricket broadband, was running top performance..i dont download music, movies or anything of the sort..pc?

is a dell inspiron that is only 4 months old..last 2 days VERY sluggish. I dont think it is the broadband, but have run full scan with mcafee, disk defrag and cleanup(evry wednesday) and still very slow, vids wont load, browser takes longer..the only thing i did download recently was IMVU but quickly uninstalled it. pretty familiar with pc's and viruses etc..kinda stumped here

Have you tried to reset your router ? Turn it off then turn it back on so it can re link with the exchange it will also update the connection rate supplied by your ISP so it may be even better than before
