How do i zoom in and scroll about with a mac?

How do i get a two finger touch scroll on my PC like the one on MAC?

  • OK so i have a PC and for the most part i love it, its from Sony, i bought it last September. but it has a really annoying scroll feature where you have to designate a region to scroll on the far right and on the bottom of the mouse pad. and its really annoying when it scrolls down very rigidly But i've played around with my friends MAC before and he has a two finger touch scroll where the computer responds differently to the number of fingers on the pad. one finger is just a regular mouse, 2 fingers for scroll and 3 fingers for left click. its really cool and really convenient. How can i get that on my PC? not just downloading it, but installing it too. i have a program and i can figure out how to install it. i get an error message that says "synaptic s kernel driver registry keys missing. Reinstall drivers." i just want the 2 finger scroll part!
