What are the features of a processor/cpu?

Hiya, what are the features of a processor/cpu as i need to discuss them? Or the features of RAM? I don't understand what kind of things fall into the catagory of features

well as far as physical features go the processor/cpu is square with thousands of little spikes jutting out the bottom of it RAM looks like a flattened stick that has copper all along one edge. What they do? CPU (computer processing unit) takes in information and reroutes it through the mother board to specific components the higher quality the CPU the better your computer responds to everything and the smoother it runs RAM (random access memory) assists the cpu in data processing it takes in info from the cd drive, floppy drive, hard, drive, disk drive, and external memory devices as well as boosts the speed at which the internet loads games and videos
