How do I get my printer out of fax mode?

Hp officejet 4215 series all in one printer - stuck in fax mode and says printer is offline?

• I have the hp all in one series printer that I have always used for just printing and copying. Somehow it has gotten stuck in Fax mode and I can't fix it. When I try to print something from my computer, it says that the printer is offline. I try to select the option of Use Printer Online, but when i click it I get the following message: "Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000005). Access is denied". Can anyone help me?? Yes, everything is plugged in properly and the printer has been reset. I had even unplugged it for a month and when i plugged it back in it was still in fax mode and all my documents are still pending.

  Start Settings Printers and faxes Left click the printer icon Click the word printer Remove check from use printer offline, and make sure set as default printer is checked
