Printer problems! (HP F4280) Help?

Hi! So I have an HP Deskjet F4280, and I really need to print out a school project. The first few times I tried it, it said the printer was "offline". After many times of just trying to print, the printer status is finally "ready". BUT, it still wasn't printing. So I clicked on the little printer icon in the bottom right hand side of the toolbar, where it shows the status of the documents. The printer loaded the whole document for printing, but then deleted it from the queue on its own! I'm so confused right now. Can anyone help me? I'd really appreciate it. :) Thanks!

Disconnect the power cord and usb cable Reboot the computer Reconnect the power cord and usb cable Wait about a minute or so, then try again
