How do i make my printer print double sided?

when i go to select the duplex printing thing it dosnt let me do anything???? how do i fix this??? heres a pic http://i1040.photobucket.com/albums/b404/xxoutaluckxx/printer.jpg it will print double sided manually but it use to print double sided automaticly when i had xp but now it wont since i upgraded to 7. how do i fix this?????

You would probably from what i can tell from the photo you need to install the double-sided printing software.
