Help with information about any printer?

My printer says it's printing but wont print, help?

• I have a project due on Wednesday, and my printer is not working, please help fast. I know a lot about computers and know 3 different web scripting languages, so you don't have to dumb it down for me. Although I do not know much at all about printers. My printer is an Epson Stylus Photo 870. It was working not too long ago, but the light is on red for color. I printed out a picture tho and it printed fine with color. 5 days later I tried printing out my project and it said that the document was printing, but my printer wasn't doing anything at all. I got the error message on a fullscreen saying "A Printing error has occurred. Part of the document may not have been printed correctly". No matter how many times I restart the printer, and the document it doesn't work. I checked the cables, the nozzles, cleaned the heads. I did everything. It is not jammed. I was thinking about reinstalling the drivers and the printer, but I want to make sure before I do that. If you need any more information just say, and thank you in advance.
