Set up Windows Printer Share over Internet on Mac?
-
Ok, so... I have set up IIS to share my printers over the internet. I can connect and print remotely on a Windows PC after setting it up using my DynDNS name and all works well. However, I mainly use a Mac, so, I have tried setting it up using IPP protocol, but after I add the correct printer driver OR the generic driver and try to print to it, it just says it cannot connect. I left the queue blank, should I have done? The address I inputted was: http://MYDYNDNS.ADD/printers/MYPRINTERNAME/.printer Queue: **blank** Please help me!

Answer:
One thing i know from sharing a Windows printer for a mac is ..don't use spaces in the shared printer name ..that gives big problems.
